Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 2
- potatoes - 5 lb
- bunch green onions - 1 item
- large can Pet milk - 1 item
- frozen French-style green beans - 1 pkg
- picnic ham - 1 item
How to make potato soup:
Boil ham for 2 hours. Peel and dice potatoes. Chop green onions. Dice ham. Add to broth. Also add green beans. When potatoes are cooked, mash. Mix together sour cream and milk; add to broth. Stir well.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
