Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/4 c
- large leek, chopped - 1 item
- water mixed with 4 Pkg - 1 qt
- medium to large potatoes - 4 item
- light cream - 1 c
- minced parsley - 1 item
- chopped green onion - 1 item
How to make potato-leek soup:
Cook leek in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients, except light cream, parsley and green onion. Cook until potatoes are very soft. Blend. Reheat with light cream. Serve with minced parsley and chopped green onion.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
