Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 3 c
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • medium potatoes - 4 item
  • large onion, finely diced - 1 item

How to make potato soup:

Peel potatoes; cut into thin, small pieces. Cook in water until almost done; drain off most of the water, leaving enough to completely cook potatoes. Add onion. Reduce heat to simmer; cook until onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients. Bring almost to a boil.
