Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 3/4 pt
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- to 8 medium potatoes - 6 item
- leeks or 1 bunch green onions - 3 item
How to make potato soup:
Cube potatoes and cut leeks or onions into small pieces. Combine in soup pot. Season with salt and pepper. Add water just to cover. Cook until potatoes are done; puree. Cool and add sour cream. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot or warm.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
