Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- water - 3 c
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- diced celery - 1/2 c
- chicken bouillon - 2 item
- peeled and diced potatoes - 3 c
How to make potato soup:
Cook potatoes, celery and onion with the water until tender. Stir and dissolve the chicken bouillon and butter in potatoes. Add salt and pepper. Mix flour and sour cream together and add to potatoes.
