- bag cheese - 1 item
- can real bacon bits - 1/2 item
- precooked potatoes - 10 item
How to make potato skins:
Cut potatoes in half and spoon out the inside of the potato Deep-fry the skin part of the potato until crispy. Place on paper towel to drain the grease. Put skins on a foil lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Bake at 350° until cheese is melted. Serve with Ranch dressing or sour cream.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Potato.
