  • milk - 1/4 c
  • sour cream - 1 (8
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • chopped onions - 1/3 c
  • shredded cheese - 2 c
  • cornflakes or cracker crumbs - 1 item

How to make potato cheese casserole:

Mix hash browns, sour cream, soup, cheese, onions and milk together. Mix well. Melt butter in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Save half of butter to mix with cornflakes or crackers for topping. Pour into baking dish and top with crackers. Spread over top.
