Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 8 item
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1/2 lb
- small can pimento - 1 item
- slice bread, crumbled - 1 item
- grated small onion - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Mix all together. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake in 350° oven for one hour. Stir after 1/2 hour and take the lid off for the last half hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
