Ingredients/Components

  • frozen hash browns - 2 lb
  • sticks melted oleo - 2 item
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • carton sour cream - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • corn flakes - 2 c
  • melted oleo - 1/4 c

How to make potato casserole:

Mix together all ingredients except the last two. Spread into a 10 x 13-inch pan. Mix the corn flakes and oleo. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
