Ingredients/Components
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- sticks melted oleo - 2 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- carton sour cream - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- corn flakes - 2 c
- melted oleo - 1/4 c
How to make potato casserole:
Mix together all ingredients except the last two. Spread into a 10 x 13-inch pan. Mix the corn flakes and oleo. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
