  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • onion, chopped - 1/3 c
  • sharp Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
  • potatoes, mashed - 4 c
  • scallions - 1 item
  • Pour into casserole dish

How to make potato casserole:

Beat all ingredients together. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Variations:8 oz. sour cream8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese scallions
