- milk
- salt - 3 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- potatoes - 3 lb
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- medium onions - 4 item
- ham, sliced - 1 item
How to make scalloped potatoes with ham:
Boil potatoes (sliced) and onions for 5 minutes. Drain. Melt butter. Stir in rest of ingredients until sauce thickens over medium heat. Layer potatoes and sauce over ham in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake 35 minutes in a 400° oven.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
