- pkg - 10 oz
- egg whites, slightly whisked - 2 item
- crushed nonfat saltine crackers - 8 item
- instant minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
How to make corn and broccoli casserole:
