Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- crushed cornflakes - 2 c
- shredded cheese - 2 c
How to make potato casserole:
Combine potatoes, chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, 1/2 cup melted margarine, salt and onion; put in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Top with cornflakes mixed with 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.The potatoes must be thawed.
