Potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- corn flakes, crushed - 2 c
- softened margarine - 1/2 c
- Velveeta, chopped - 2 c
- hash browns or Tater Tots - 2 lb
- can mushroom soup with 1/2 can water - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Mix potatoes, onions, sour cream, soup, margarine and cheese together. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Mix cornflakes and 1/4 cup melted margarine. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake for 45 minutes at 350° or until brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
