- sour cream - 1 c
- butter - 1 item
- to 10 potatoes - 8 item
- Topping: dash of paprika
How to make potato casserole:
Topping: dash of paprika butter Boil potatoes; drain. Mix cream cheese and sour cream with beaters. Add hot potatoes. Whip until fluffy and light. If too thick, add a little milk. Put in a 2-quart casserole. Dot top with butter and shake of paprika. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. May be made 1 to 2 days ahead.
