Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 32 oz
  • sour cream - 2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • onion, chopped - 1/4 c
  • crushed corn flakes - 2 c

How to make party potatoes:

Mix first 7 ingredients together in large bowl. Transfer to 3-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. While that's baking, melt margarine and mix with corn flakes. Put this mixture on potato mixture and bake 20 minutes more for a total of 1 hour.
