Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- chopped onion - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- potato chips, crushed - 1 item
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- grated Cheddar - 8 oz
How to make potato casserole:
Use butter to grease 13 x 9-inch casserole. Combine all other ingredients, then spread in casserole. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 375° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
