- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- cubed Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- small onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1/2 item
- potatoes, cubed - 4 item
How to make potato casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole. Put all the ingredients in blender in order listed; cover and run on high, just until all potatoes go through the blender (do not overblend). Pour into casserole and bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
