Ingredients/Components

  • can cranberry sauce jellied - 1 item
  • large raspberry jello - 1 item
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c

How to make holiday cranberry mold:

Add 1 cup boiling water to cranberry sauce. Add 1 cup boiling water to jello. Mix until dissolved. Put cranberry and jello mixture together. Add nuts. Put 1/2 of mixture in a greased mold. Put in freezer to set. Spread sour cream over first layer. Add the rest of the mixture on top of sour cream. Refrigerate until set. You can use all low calorie and fat-free, then omit nuts.
