Pittsburgh potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- potatoes medium - 12 item
- clove garlic or garlic powder best when garlic powder is used - 1 item
How to make pittsburgh potatoes:
Peel and cube potatoes. Melt margarine over potatoes. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir. Place in oven; bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or at 400° for 1 hour. When potatoes are tender, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and stir. Return to oven until cheese melts. Will serve 4 hearty eaters.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
