Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- corn flakes - 3 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- grated onions - 1/2 c
- bag shredded hash brown potatoes - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Mix the first 5 ingredients and bake at 350° until almost done. Then mix corn flakes with melted butter. Sprinkle on top. Return to oven until brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
