  • sour cream - 2 c
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • corn flakes - 3 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • grated onions - 1/2 c
  • bag shredded hash brown potatoes - 2 lb

How to make potato casserole:

Mix the first 5 ingredients and bake at 350° until almost done. Then mix corn flakes with melted butter. Sprinkle on top. Return to oven until brown.
