Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1 item
- sliced onion - 1 item
- stewed tomatoes - 1 qt
- soda crackers, crushed - 1 pkg
- to 5 pork chops - 4 item
How to make pork chops:
Dampen pork chops and then coat with cracker crumbs. Brown in small amount of fat in a skillet. Transfer browned chops to a roasting pan with a cover. Pour tomatoes over the chops and top with sliced onion. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours, covered.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Pork chop.
