- cooked rice - 3 c
- tomatoes - 3 item
- green peppers - 2 item
- onions - 3 item
- thick pork chops - 5 item
How to make pork chops:
Fry chops brown, not well done. Place in bottom of casserole. On each chop, place one slice of onion, one slice of tomato, one ring of green pepper and 2 tablespoons rice in green pepper ring.
