Ingredients/Components
- Bisquick - 1 item
- onion soup mix - 2 env
- to 3 carrots, sliced - 2 item
- to 4 potatoes, peeled and cut up - 3 item
- to 5 leftover pork chops, diced - 4 item
How to make pork chop casserole:
Prepare one envelope soup mix as directed on package. Add pork chops, carrots and potatoes. Cook until vegetables are semi-tender. Pour into ungreased casserole dish. Prepare Bisquick as directed on package for dumplings. Drop into hot casserole.Bake in 350° oven until dumplings are golden brown. Prepare second envelope of soup mix and spoon over each serving of casserole.
