Ingredients/Components
- soup can milk - 1/2 item
- pork chops - 4 item
- can cream of chicken or celery soup - 1 item
- medium potatoes, sliced thin - 6 item
How to make pork chop casserole:
Brown chops in a skillet and set aside. Blend soup and milk well, then add potatoes and mix. Pour into a 2-quart buttered casserole. Place chops on top and cover. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
