Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 5 item
- pork chops - 5 item
- cup sour cream - 1/2 item
How to make pork chop casserole:
Brown pork chops and drain. Peel and slice potatoes lengthwise. Mix soups and sour cream together. Butter an oblong pan, arrange potatoes in a layer, place a small portion of soup mixture on top of potatoes continue layering potatoes and soup until all is used. Place pork chops on top of potatoes.
