Ingredients/Components

  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • medium potatoes - 5 item
  • pork chops - 5 item
  • cup sour cream - 1/2 item

How to make pork chop casserole:

Brown pork chops and drain. Peel and slice potatoes lengthwise. Mix soups and sour cream together. Butter an oblong pan, arrange potatoes in a layer, place a small portion of soup mixture on top of potatoes continue layering potatoes and soup until all is used. Place pork chops on top of potatoes. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
