Ingredients/Components
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- cans Rotel tomatoes - 2 item
- cans stewed tomatoes - 3 item
- Taco mix - 2 pkg
- cans red kidney beans or great northern beans - 2 item
- or 3 cans whole kernel corn - 2 item
How to make taco soup:
Brown beef and add rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with restaurant style tortilla chips or crackers or corn bread. Cheese on top, if desired.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, Ground beef.
