Pork and potato bake
Ingredients/Components
- can milk - 1/2 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 4 item
- pork chops - 4 item
How to make pork and potato bake:
Brown chops on both sides. Slice or grate potatoes into thin slices as for scalloped potatoes. Arrange potatoes in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Top with browned chops. Mix soup with milk and pour this over potatoes and chops. (More milk may be used.) Bake at 350° for about an hour or until the potatoes are done.
