- pork chops - 6 item
- to 8 potatoes - 6 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can milk - 2/3 item
- shredded cheese American, Jack, Colby, your choice - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make pork chop casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9 x 13 casserole dish with Pam. Brown pork chops on both sides; set aside. Peel and slice potatoes; put in dish. Mix soup, milk and cheese; pour over potatoes. Salt and pepper. Put pork chops on top. Cover with foil. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until potatoes are tender. Serve with salad and bread.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
