Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • chopped onions - 1/3 c
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • celery salt - 1/2 tsp
  • regular rice - 1/2 c

How to make porcupine meatballs:

Mix together meat, rice, water, 1/2 cup onions, salts, garlic powder and pepper. Shape tablespoonfuls into balls. Put in pan. Stir together remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs. Cover with foil; bake 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 15 minutes.
