Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- hamburger - 1 lb
- onion - 1/3 c
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
- Riceland rice - 1/2 c
How to make porcupines:
Mix meat, rice, 1/2 cup water, spices and onion. Shape into 12 to 16 meatballs. Stir together wet ingredients. Pour over raw meatballs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, covered and 15 minutes, uncovered.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
