Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 1/2
- onion - 1 Tbsp
- rice - 1/2 c
How to make porcupine meatballs:
Mix ground beef, rice, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into balls. Place in pressure cooker. Mix tomato soup with water. Pour over meatballs. Jiggle for 10 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Ground beef, Beef.
