- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- rice - 1/2 c
How to make porcupine meatballs:
Wash rice. Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper and onion. Shape into small balls. Heat tomato soup and water in crock-pot. Brown meatballs. Add all to soup mixture; simmer for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Ground beef, Beef.
