Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 2
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- to 14 crackers any kind - 12 item
- can tomatoes or tomato sauce - 1 item
- jar grape jelly - 1 item
How to make porcupine balls:
Mix together all but last 3 ingredients. Form balls and put into casserole dish. Pour remaining ingredients over balls. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350° or cook all day in crock-pot.Recipe categories: 5 ingredients or less, Main dish, Meat.
