  • milk - 2/3 c
  • salt
  • water - 3/4 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • ground beef
  • instant minced onion - 1 Tbsp
  • uncooked rice - 1/2 c
  • can condensed tomato soup - 1 item

How to make porcupine balls:

Combine beef, rice, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of mixture into shallow baking pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch). Combine soup and water; pour over meat. Cover pan lightly with foil. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
