Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt
- water - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- ground beef
- instant minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
- can condensed tomato soup - 1 item
How to make porcupine balls:
Combine beef, rice, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of mixture into shallow baking pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch). Combine soup and water; pour over meat. Cover pan lightly with foil. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.Recipe categories: 5 ingredients or less, Main dish, Meat.
