- butter - 3/4 c
- white sugar
- eggs - 4 item
- plain flour - 3 c
- baking powder
- baking soda
- sour cream - 1 pt
- vanilla
- chopped nuts
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
How to make polish pound cake:
Nut Filling:1/2 c. chopped nuts1/2 c. brown sugar2 Tbsp. flour1 tsp. cinnamon Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add dry ingredients. Alternate sour cream and dry ingredients. Stir in vanilla. Add half the batter, then filling; alternate. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
