Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 3/4 lb
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- Italian seasoning - 1 Tbsp
- instant minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- can biscuits - 1 oz
- Mozzarella, shredded - 3/4 c
How to make pizza cups:
Brown and drain beef. Stir in tomato paste, onion, Italian seasoning and salt (it will be thick). Cook over low heat for 5 minutes; stir often. Place biscuits in greased muffin pan, pressing to cover bottom and sides. Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuit lined cups and sprinkle with cheese.
