Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- water - 2 Tbsp
- coconut - 1 c
- egg whites - 3 item
- corn syrup - 1/4 c
How to make coconut icing:
Combine sugar, corn syrup and water in a small saucepan. Heat to a rolling boil over medium heat. Boil mixture until a small amount of mixture spins a 6 to 8-inch thread when dropped from a spoon.
