Banana slush
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- water - 3 c
- 8 oz
- orange juice
- pineapple juice - 3 c
- ripe bananas, mashed - 3 item
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
How to make banana slush:
In large saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil; boil 5 minutes. Cool.In large nonmetal container, combine bananas, juices and sugar mixture; mix well. Freeze.
Thirty to sixty minutes before serving, remove frozen mixture from freezer. Let stand at room temperature. Just before serving, spoon about 2/3 cup of slush into each glass. Fill with carbonated lemon-lime beverage. Makes 20 (1/2 cup) servings.
