  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • 10x sugar
  • can crushed pineapple do not drain - 1 oz
  • Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan and bake 45 minutes in a 350° oven

Mix all ingredients by hand. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan and bake 45 minutes in a 350° oven.Cream Cheese Icing:1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter1 1/2 c. 10x sugar8 oz. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla Beat well with an electric mixer and spread over warm cake.
