- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- grated carrots
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- corn oil - 3/4 c
How to make carrot cake:
Frosting:8 oz. cream cheese1 Tbsp. vanilla1/2 stick margarine1 box powdered sugar Mix sugar and oil, beat well and add carrots. Mix until smooth. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Sift all dry ingredients and add to mixture. Bake in a 350° oven forRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
