Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 c
- sugar - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- mace - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- can juice pack pineapple - 1 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
How to make pineapple nut bread:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, mace, salt and walnuts in large bowl and mix well. Beat eggs in mixer bowl. Add undrained pineapple, milk and margarine; mix well. Add pineapple mixture to dry ingredients; mix until moistened. Spoon into greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Quick breads.
