- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
How to make mexican wedding cake:
Sift first 3 ingredients. Add oil. Beat eggs. Blend in pineapple and vanilla. Pour into flour mixture. Add chopped nuts. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Frost with:Recipe categories: Cakes, Breads, Coffee cakes.
