Ingredients/Components
- chopped nuts - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- Cool Whip - 1 item
- hot water - 2/3 c
- lime Jell-O - 1 pkg
- tub cottage cheese
How to make pineapple cottage cheese salad:
Mix together Jell-O, water and pineapple. Store in refrigerator until soft set. Fold in chopped nuts and Cool Whip. Pour into mold. Let set to firm and serve. Note: One packet of Dream Whip mixed with 1/3 cup milk can be used in place of Cool WhiRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Pineapple, Salads.
