Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- bay scallops - 1 lb
- slices white bread - 2 item
- melted margarine or butter - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar - 1 c
- box Uneeda crackers - 1 item
How to make scallops au gratin:
Wash scallops. Combine crackers (crushed), bread, cheese and some of butter. Butter casserole and arrange in layers, starting with and ending with stuffing. Pour milk and rest of melted butter over top. Sprinkle with paprika.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Main dish.
