Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- chopped almonds, toasted - 1/2 c
- small box lime jello - 1 item
- small box lemon jello - 1 item
- light mayonnaise - 1 c
- light cottage cheese - 1 c
How to make pineapple cottage cheese mold:
Drain pineapple. To juice, add water to make 2 cups liquid. Boil. Add jellos and salt. Let cool until slightly thickened but not set. Fold in remaining ingredients. Put in mold and chill.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low protein, Side dish.
