Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- flour - 3/4 c
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- Ritz crackers - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- pineapple juice - 4 Tbsp
- cans pineapple tidbits, drained - 2 oz
How to make pineapple cheese casserole:
Drain pineapple, save juice. Mix sugar and flour together. Add pineapple and cheese. Put in buttered casserole dish. Cover top with crushed Ritz crackers. Melt butter; add pineapple juice. Pour over casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
