Pineapple cheese ball
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- crushed pecans - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- can crushed, drained pineapple - 1 oz
How to make pineapple cheese ball:
Mix all ingredients except pecans. Chill the mixture until it becomes firm. Shape into two balls and roll each in the crushed pecans. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pineapple, Cheese.
