Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
  • crushed pineapple, drained - 8 oz

How to make cheese ball:

Soften cream cheese. Mix all ingredients well; shape into ball. Sprinkle with paprika, or roll in chopped pecans. Spread on crackers.
