Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- vegetable oil - 4 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- mayonnaise
- diced celery - 2 c
- seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
- m - 1 tsp
- can chopped ripe olives - 1 oz
- jar diced pimientos - 1 oz
How to make vermicelli salad:
Combine cold vermicelli with m.s.g., seasoned salt, lemon juice and vegetable oil. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Combine remaining ingredients with pasta mixture. Toss to coat and evenly distribute vegetables.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Pasta.
